If you are not completely satisfied with a bleubarspa.com purchase for any reason, please return it for a full refund, less shipping costs. The original email order confirmation, packing slip, and all original packaging materials must be included with your return.
● Products must be returned within 10 days of the Process Date on the order packing slip to receive a refund to the payment method used on bleubarspa.com.
● If we receive your item(s) within 11-15 days of purchase date or if your item(s) were paid with a Bleu Bar Skin & Beauty Spa Gift Certificate, you will receive a refund in the form of an online store credit for the item(s).
● Items received more than 30 days after the purchase date may not be returned by mail.
● In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account or to issue an online store credit if you are a gift recipient. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
Monday – Sunday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders must be placed by 12pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) Monday – Friday to be processed on the same business day. If placed after this or on Saturday, your order will be processed the following business day.
Orders received between Monday and Friday 4AM-1PM EST are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by the end of day Monday.
